Billing and Payment
Paying your water bill couldn’t be simpler. There are a few ways you can choose to pay, so simply choose the one that works best for you.
Pay online using your credit or debit card. You’ll need your customer reference number – it’s the 10 digit number on your bill.
Would you like to spread the cost of your water bill and not have to worry about making payments? You can do this by setting up a Direct Debit here.
BACS or telephone banking
Sort code 30-80-12 • Account number 18816868 • Account name Business Stream
You’ll also need your ten digit account number from your water bill.
If you’re making one payment for multiple accounts, please make sure you email your remittance advice to firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure it’s processed correctly.
Pay over the phone using your credit or debit card. Call our dedicated payment line on
0330 008 1055.
You can pay in cash at any retail outlet where you see a PayPoint sign. Find your nearest PayPoint location here.
At your bank
Pay in branch by signing and dating the payment slip and handing in the whole bill with your payment. If you’re paying by cheque, make it out to Business Stream and write your customer reference number on the back.
Simply tear off the payment slip at the bottom of your bill and send it with your cheque made payable to Business Stream to:
