Providing support to businesses impacted by COVID-19

We 've been working pro-actively with the Government, regulators and wholesaler providers of water to identify and implement a range of measures that will help businesses impacted by COVID-19.

As part of this support package, businesses based in England that have temporarily closed their property or who have reduced their water usage by 95% will have their water and waste water charges suspended during this time.

What do you need to do?

We have identified your business as one of the many that may have decided to close temporarily in line with Government guidelines to reduce the spread of COVID-19. If this is the case and your business property has temporarily closed, then please complete the webform below and we will suspend your water and waste water charges.
